HT NYLON CORD – Class F 155°C

Waxed cords are used in the construction of electrical stators, in the wiring of electrical/telephone equipment and in the general padding field.

The careful application of microcrystalline waxes enhances the mechanical and knotting properties of the product, which features a high-tenacity nylon (polyamide) fiber textile backing. The waxed cords prevent insulation damage and ensure a more uniform stator binding. At the same time, they reduce the binding thickness and facilitate mechanical or manual application. Furthermore, impregnated nylon is more absorbent than impregnating paints/resins.

Appearance: Multi-strand multifilament yarn – Flat

Finish: pure microcrystalline wax – available in medium wax M4 and heavy wax M5
