COPPER TUBE CRIMPING LUGS A-M series

A-M series lugs are manufactured from electrolytic copper tube.The dimensions of the tube are designed to obtain the most efficient electrical conductivity and mechanical strength to resist vibration and pull out.
They are annealed and protected superficially by electrolytic tinning. The annealing process optimizes the structural characteristics of the material, therefore allows a smoother compression and ensures the use of the lug in the presence of mechanical stress of various nature.

The presence of an inspection hole facilitates full insertion of the conductor, whilst the barrel length has been designed to allow easy and accurate positioning of the dies during the crimping operation. Lugs are electrolytically tinplated to avoid oxidation.

Each connector is marked as follows:
- Trade mark and reference number.
- Nature and size of conductor (mm2).
- Ø stud (mm).

On request, cable lugs with two or more holes can be provided.
