ISONOM® NM 3518 – Thermal Class F 155°C

ISONOM® NM 3518 is an insulating material made of PET film and calendered Nomex® (Du Pont)type 464. The layer of Nomex® aramid paper is 0,040 mm thick. The adhesive used is acid-free and high temperature resistant. It’s possible to obtain a wide range of laminated materials changing the thickness of the polyester film.

Maximum working temperature: 155°C (IEC 60626) – F dielectric class limit
155°C (UL 1446) - F dielectric class limit
Minimum working temperature: Nomex® -196°C / resin -60°C / Polyester -60°C

Characteristics: Paper suitable for transformer insulation, motor slots and for all those electrical applications that require: excellent electrical insulation - excellent mechanical resistance – good thermal resistance

Availability: PET width 920/925 mm , Nomex® width mm 914, slit rolls starting from 7 mm in height, inner diameter 76 mm. cut pieces - custom shaped and die cut pieces according to drawings and customer’s request.

Colore:White (stripes with registered trademark and red stripes)

Processing are carried out both on insulating papers normally available in stock, and on other insulation papers on customer request.
Any type of insulating paper can be supplied as follows:
- Whole original rolls or unpacked rolls
- Rolls cut to the width required by the customer
- Edged rolls
- Fringed rolls
- Customized processing is carried out under specific customer request (e.g.: moulded, die cut...)
